In accordance
with the provisions of the law as set forth in 28 United States Code paragraph 372(c)(14) and in conformity with Rule 15(f)
and Rule 16 of the local rules of the Judicial Council of the Eleventh Circuit governing confidentiality and public availability
of materials with respect to actions taken under the provisions of the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980, 28 United
States Code paragraph 372(c), I, the complainant/petitioner, having been apprised of the Judicial Council’s affirmation
of Chief Judge Anderson’s disposition of this matter as per the Order of the Judicial Council of 7 January 2002 which
was received with your letter of advice of the same date, do hereby request the written consent of both the complained-of-judge,
the Honorable A. Jay Cristol, and the Chief Judge, the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson, for my donation of all materials from
my file on this matter to the USS Liberty Archive which is maintained at the Hoover Institute of War and Peace at Stanford
University. In conveying my request to Chief Judge Anderson, you will please advise him that I see no need to delete
the identity of the complainant, me, from any materials disclosed. I thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
