OPEN LETTER #01 ON 9/11 TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
OF THE USA MICHAEL B. MUKASEY 18 June 2008.
I write to you, Mr. Attorney General, out of very deep concern that the true account of 9/11 has not been told, that
there has been a coverup, and that the intended result of the attacks is our presence in the Middle East, where six years
later our already constructed military bases are being forced on the people of Iraq and the USA with an odiously shameful
status of forces agreement. Your office is where a new and proper investigation of 9/11 can still be launched, and I
urge you to move in this direction for the sake of historical truth and the proper administration of justice.
As
a citizen of the USA, and as a former federal employee who watched the immediate aftermath of the hit on the south tower,
World Trade Center 2, from the southwest corner office on the 37th floor of 26 Federal Plaza, just a stone's throw from
the courthouse where you were then presiding as federal judge for the Southern District of New York, I have to say I am bothered
by many bits of verified information which have come to my attention. I believe these matters come under your purview
and deserve your personal attention on an urgent basis.

November 2007. This writer saw the immediate aftermath of the second hit on the south tower WTC 2 from the southwest
corner office of the 37th floor of the Federal Building. The jet that hit the south tower was headed right for the United
States Air Force New York Regional Office 100 feet away at the southeast corner.
First, I wish to draw your attention to very
telling remarks made by President Bush at a town hall meeting in Orlando, Florida, on 4 December 2001, and reiterated in another
town hall meeting in Ontario, California, on 5 January 2002, in which he claimed that he saw the first jet hit the north tower,
World Trade Center 1, on a TV monitor just before entering the classroom in Florida where, several minutes later, his aide
Andrew Card famously delivered news of the hit on the south tower and the foregone conclusion that the USA was under attack.
Bush's puzzling statements, which appear on my website at http://www.show-the-house.com/id53.html along with links to the White House website where they were obtained, indicate foreknowledge or mental defect or both.
Therefore,
I ask, when were you first apprised of these statements? How has the DoJ probed this matter? What measures will
you take in the immediate future to resolve this issue?

While I await your reply to my first letter to you
regarding President Bush's repeated claims that he saw on a TV monitor the first jet hit the WTC north tower in the opening
surprise attack of 9/11, which can only mean foreknowledge or mental defect or both, I turn your attention, Mr. Attorney General,
to yet another very grave matter of quite the opposite dynamic in which we have not seen what one would normally expect to
see: routine video surveillance evidence of the events of 9/11.
How is it that we have NEVER seen ANY credible
video surveillance evidence of ANY of the passengers -- let alone hijackers -- at ANY of the three high security ("Category
X") international airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed? How is it that after nearly
seven full years we still have not seen any of this routine video surveillance evidence or heard any explanation as to why
we haven't seen such basic evidence? How can this be explained?
Nearly every person in the world saw
a constant barrage of broadcast images of two alleged hijackers passing through a security checkpoint at Portland Maine International
Airport, but even these images are problematic with respect to time stamps, an airport employee's adamant testimony as
to the suspects' attire and the all too convenient discovery of questionable evidence in the suspects' delayed luggage.
These Portland images simply do not place the suspects in Boston! Why is there no video surveillance evidence
showing that these two individuals seen passing through Portland were at Boston's Logan International Airport on 9/11?
The news media's hyping of the Portland images goes hand in hand with a conspiracy of silence about the unexplained
lack of video surveillance evidence at the airports of 9/11. Of course the media is "free" to conduct its
propaganda in support of an ideology calling for world domination by fraud and by force, but the Department of Justice is
not.
Let me help you investigate 9/11.

26 June 2008 To continue, Mr. Attorney General, I recapitulate: you were
appointed by "a man of vision" who says he saw on TV as it happened what no other man on earth saw; namely, the
first hit on the north tower WTC 1, and you now preside over the priesthood of the ineffable mysteries of the 9/11 airport
surveillance tapes, the US Department of Justice. That's quite a distinction, isn't it? As a skeptic who
sees no credible evidence showing that any of the passengers said to have boarded the ill fated flights of 9/11 were even
at these airports, I cannot help but think there was a high tech framing of Arabs afoot as a pretext for putting American
muscle on Mesopotomian patrol. Do you understand?
Of course people not bothered by President Bush's darkly
mysterious utterances and the sheer lack of routine video surveillance evidence at the airports are also not bothered by the
omission of the names of the alleged hijackers in the passenger manifests published by United and American Airlines.
Their fallback position is to cite cell and airphone calls cited in the official conspiracy theory.
But a Canadian
university mathematics professor, A. Kee Dewdney, conducted experiments ruling out the possibility of cell phone calls from
commerical jets. A USAF Public Affairs officer at an outdoor Boeing exhibit at Rockefeller Center in 2003 told me he
reached the same conclusion after he and colleagues had conducted their own informal experiments. Dewdney brilliantly
infers the use of real time digital voice morphing as the only possible explanation of these "cell phone calls,"
and his examination of transcripts of such calls, in the manner of the great literary critic I. A. Richards, concludes that
the "cell phone" impersonators were not top drawer. See http://physics911.net.
The renowned 9/11 skeptic David Ray Griffin likewise disposes of one key airphone call by pointing to trial exhibits
indicating Barbara Olsen's call to her husband Ted, then the Solicitor General, did not connect. Your own people

30 JUNE 2008 Let me turn, Mr. Attorney General, to the aerial vehicle that hit the south tower, WTC 2.
A colleague on the 37th floor of the Federal Building at Duane and Broadway told me shortly afterwards that he had seen this
jet making its approach over New York harbor; he repeated with great emphasis that, at first sight, one wing pointed almost
straight down to the ground and the other straight up to the sky; his eyewitness testimony of the attacking jet's highly
unusual attitude in New York City airspace is corroborated by, among others, eyewitness testimonies of air traffic controllers

On the 37th floor of this 40 story building, at the southeast corner to the right, is the New York Regional Office of the
United States Air Force. This writer stood about 100 feet to the left of it, at the southwest corner, from where he
saw the immediate aftermath of the hit on the south tower WTC 2, about four tenths of a mile to the south-southwest.
From nearly the same location his colleague saw the radically banking aerial vehicle making its approach over New York Harbor.
This jet was headed right for the Air Force office and would have crashed there had it not hit WTC 2 first!
Soon after 9/11, a retired US Army field officer with long experience at the
highest levels inside the Pentagon convened a group of military, civilian and commercial aviation professionals, and their
conclusion was unanimous: the flights that hit WTC 2 and the Pentagon could not possibly have been piloted by flight
students on their maiden voyages with training limited to routine procedures on flight simulators. Donn de Grand Pre's
group pointed to remote control as the best explanation for the unerring descending arcs made by the jets at speeds normally
reserved for high altitude cruising; the G-forces brought to bear would have posed an insurmountable challenge to a human
being.
So you see, with no airport
video surveillance evidence, and no names of alleged hijackers on airline manifests, and bogus cell and air phone calls, this
highly improbable scenario of aerial acrobatics over New York harbor needs a much better explanation than the outrageous conspiracy
theory we have been offered. Considering that the attacking jet was headed right for the USAF office on the 37th floor
of the Federal Building, that 9/11 Commission Co-Chairmen Kean and Hamilton expressed doubts about the credibility of USAF
testimonies, that President Bush has a history of gaming the upper echelons of NORAD from his air national guard days, and
that he says he saw the first jet's surprise attack on WTC 1, I ask, can you, a Bush appointee, pursue 9/11 truth and
justice?

Mr. Attorney General,
can you not admit that there is at least a shadow of a doubt over the official story of 9/11? Our Commander in Chief
said he saw the first hit on WTC 1. We have no credible airport video surveillance tapes of any of the passengers and
no explanation. We have demonstrably bogus cell and airphone calls. We have two flights with trajectories into
their targets which are consistent with rocket science and not the maiden voyages of flight students.
The most
compelling evidence, however, is a video of the collapsing Twin Towers and World Trade Center 7, which Richard A. Siegel filmed
from across the Hudson River on a pier in Hoboken. The explosions that you hear on the soundtrack preceding each building
collapse correspond with off the chart seismic readings from Columbia University's Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory in
the Palisades. The free fall speed of these building collapses and at least a dozen other aspects of these collapses,
as described by Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, are strongly indicative of controlled demolitions. Moreover,
the strong smell like that of an electrical fire which lingered in the air in our neighborhood on the Upper East Side of Manhattan,
and which neighbors, merchants and doormen remember to this day, is a characteristic of a nuclear detonation. Even though
we were constantly windward of Ground Zero and 6.8 miles away, this smell lingered for weeks!  At right is a still taken from Richard A. Siegel's original film footage which he has reproduced in its entirety on a
DVD entitled 911 Raw The Research Edition. The image shows both Twin Towers still standing and smoking at the tops as well as at ground level. Siegel's
camera was set on a tripod on a pier in Hoboken, New Jersey, on the western shore of the Hudson River. The sounds of
massive explosions are clearly heard right before each tower fell at nearly free fall speed. These explosions correspond
perfectly with split-second off-the-chart spikes on seismic readings taken further north along the western shore of the Hudson
at Columbia University's Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory in the Palisades of New Jersey.
Such strong prima facie evidence
of controlled demolitions raises the likelihood that the real perpetrators of these horrific crimes had access to the World
Trade Center through corporate and/or government entities. It behooves you to obtain Siegel's original video footage
as well as the superb documentaries he has made on 9/11 at his website http://www.911raw.com. Likewise, your responsibility to use all due diligence to solve the crime of this young century makes it imperative

Referring to my previous letter (#05) in which
I introduced Richard A. Siegel's film footage with audio component as best evidence of controlled demolitions to bring
down the Twin Towers and WTC 7, I now ask you, Mr. Attorney General, have you ever seen this film before? Have you ever
even heard of it before last week when I wrote to you about it? How is it that all the legal proceedings with respect
to 9/11 in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, where you presided as judge before becoming Attorney
General, are devoid of any consideration of this open source, primary evidence casting substantial doubt on the findings of
the 9/11 Commission?
I somehow sense a powerful combination to obstruct justice. Perhaps a United Nations
International Independent Investigation Commission will give Richard A. Siegel's films (http://www.911raw.com) the proper treatment that they deserve nearly seven full years after 9/11. As already stated in my previous letter,
the sounds of explosions correspond perfectly with off-the-chart spikes on the seismic record. How did you miss this?
How can you keep on missing this?
Additionally, we have numerous and reliable eyewitness accounts of explosions
inside the WTC on 9/11. A trusted colleague heard two loud bangs at the beginning of the attacks. This evidence
is corroborated by the heroic custodian of WTC 1, William Rodriguez, who heard and saw the effects of a powerful explosion
in the sub-basement level of WTC 1 immediately before the impact of the first jet. A tape recording of a conference
in Liberty Plaza picked up the two loud bangs which came seconds apart. Port Authority of New York & New Jersey
Police communications transcripts are replete with testimonies of explosions in the sub-basement level at the beginning of

could go on and on, but there is not enough space. Suffice it to say, Osama bin Laden and cohorts had no access to place
the charges!

Yesterday's
Senate passage of the new FISA law granting retroactive immunity to, among others, the Israeli telecommunications firms Amdocs
and Comverse, is a direct blow not only to our Fourth Amendment, but to efforts to get to the full truth of what really happened
on 9/11. I will return to this topic in future letters, but for now, suffice it to say that Article I, Section 9 of
the Constitution of the United States prohibits such "ex post facto Laws" without exception. So just as the
US Congress disregards international law, it is totally unhinged from our "supreme Law of the Land" as well.
Once you can get past the denial stage and reckon fully with unexplained lack of routine airport video surveillance
evidence on 9/11, abundant evidence of controlled demolitions, bogus cell and airphone calls, high tech phone impersonations,
remote control of aerial vehicles and our fearless leader's claim he saw the first hit on the north tower, WTC 1, you
have to consider the likelihood that our corporate, government and military organizations were penetrated and compromised.
The real perpetrators carried out a false flag intelligence operation designed to put the blame on Moslem Arabs and give a
green light to put American muscle on Mesopotamian patrol.
Once you can entertain this false flag intelligence
operation theory, you have to consider who had the motive, means and opportunity to do the crime and cover it up. This
has not been done.
The Zionist state had the motive, means and opportunity to carry out this false flag intelligence
operation, but a deeply rooted cultural taboo against blaming Jews makes a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11
a very, very difficult proposition.

Let me continue, Mr. Attorney General, with the topic of
the Talmudic Law of the Moser. But first, I ask, why do you suppose Americans are preoccupied with alleged fake photos
of Iran's most recent missile defense exercises, but have no curiosity whatsoever about total lack of 9/11 airport video
surveillance evidence from Boston's Logan and Newark's Liberty International Airports? Are they just dumb?
Did Osama bin Laden take these tapes to his hideout? Or is the news & entertainment media creating a protective
bubble for the real 9/11 conspirators? Why can't we see these tapes?
Anyway, most people have never heard
of the Talmudic Law of the Moser, and would be very surprised to hear that it is exactly like the Mafioso Code of Omerta.
Back in the time of JFK, FBI Director Hoover denied the existence of the Mafia even though he enjoyed lucrative intercourse
with top capos like Frank Costello. Not until Joe Valacchi broke the Code of Omerta did we find out enough about the
Mafia to engage in vigorous prosecutions. We are dealing with the same thing with this Talmudic Law of the Moser, which
prohibits a Jew from informing on another Jew to a non-Jew. This prohibition extends beyond being a "rat"
or a "fink"; in more subtle and indirect ways the Law of the Moser enjoins adherents to maintain a conspiracy of
silence so as not to draw unwelcome attention to a secret and illegal enterprise or other criminal or anti-social behavior.

Clearly such a covenant among Jews to protect their own with a wall of silence is diametrically opposed to the
adversarial process of our legal system. Wouldn't you agree? Wouldn't such a covenant compromise law enforcement
and intelligence operations as well as legal proceedings? Perhaps an FBI agent or a counter intelligence agent or a
prosecuting attorney might conveniently see the wisdom of "not going there" in a particular aspect of a case.

Dear Mr. Attorney General, I just returned from a visit to Rockefeller Center
where I checked my mailbox and was very disappointed to find that you have yet to respond to any of my open letters on 9/11!
Let me point out to you that these open letters are sent by fax and email to, among others, nearly every embassy in Washington
and mission to the UN here in New York. So I can truly say the international community is witness to my quest for truth
and justice with respect to 9/11.
 So let me ask you, am I asking for the moon by asking you repeatedly to show video surveillance evidence of ANY of the passengers
at ANY of the three airports from which the ill fated flights of 9/11 are said to have departed? Short of that, am I
asking for Uranus when I ask you for an explanation as to why we cannot see such evidence in the form of routine airport surveillance
videos?
My boss, a federal employee with the US Department of Commerce, was reportedly on Flight 93 out of Newark's
Liberty International Airport. Why have I never seen video surveillance evidence of her anywhere inside Newark Airport?
Why have my requests to see such proof been ignored for so long? After nearly seven full years, can we not conclude
that there is something radically wrong about the official investigation of 9/11? I know I never saw my boss again after
9/11, but I do not believe a single word about what supposedly happened to her and whoever else was on Flight 93. Certainly
the cell phone call my boss reportedly made from Flight 93 was absolutely impossible to make, and impersonation by digital
voice morphing is the best explanation.
As a Federal Judge, Mr. Attorney General, surely you are aware that tampering
with or withholding evidence is a very serious offense. I want you to answer my questions. If you don't answer
them, I will be forced to conclude that you are obstructing justice on behalf of the man who appointed you Attorney General,
the same one who twice said he saw on a TV monitor the first jet hit on the north tower WTC 1, the hit that took the world
by surprise. Let the international community be my witness!

Dear Mr. Attorney
General, "Shock & Awe" did not begin in Baghdad on 19 March 2003; rather, it began on 9/11 and continues with
British bombers dressed as Arabs, two of whom were caught in the act by the Iraqi police in Basra on 19 September 2005.
So how did this "Shock & Awe" tactic originate? How does it continue to promote the "Grand Chessboard"
strategy (otherwise known as the Zionist Neoconservative ideology of world domination) with invasions of the Middle East?
In January of 2004 former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill revealed President Bush's intention of putting American
muscle on Mesopotamian patrol, which he expressed at his very first high level meeting in February, 2001, more than six full
months before 9/11. President Bush's thoroughly illegal intention to initiate aggressive war in the Middle East
had been totally disguised during his 2000 presidential campaign. Inasmuch as 9/11 presented Bush with an opportunity
to go ahead with his plan, would it not be logical to examine the President's Foreign Affairs adviser during that presidential
campaign? Has the Department of Justice ever interrogated that man, Dov Zakheim?
Exactly one year before
9/11, Zakheim signed a document published by the Project for the New American Century which suggested that "a new Pearl
Harbor" would help speed the implementation of its stated goal of global military dominance. Is this not evidence
enough that Zakheim and his Zionist Neoconservative peers were prompting Bush toward invasion and occupation in the Middle
East? Is it not apparent that their plan required secrecy at least until Bush occupied the Oval Office? Don't
O'Neill's revelations suggest the possibility that the "new Pearl Harbor" of 9/11 might have been staged
as a false flag intelligence operation to create a pretext for war? And when you consider that at least two of the aerial
vehicles involved in the attacks exhibited trajectories more in keeping with guided missiles than flight students on their
maiden voyages, wouldn't Zakheim's background in remote control and missile technologies be deserving of close scrutiny?

let me recapitulate already, Mr. Attorney General. George W. Bush took on Dov Zakheim as foreign affairs advisor in
his 2000 presidential campaign and in September of that year the Dovster endorsed "a new Pearl Harbor" as a catalyst
to achieve desired transformations conducive to the Zionist Neoconservative ideology of world domination. A year later
President Bush saw on TV in real time the first jet plow into the north tower WTC 1, which began the "new Pearl Harbor"
of 9/11! Richard Siegel's film captures sounds of explosives that correlate perfectly with off the chart spikes
on the seismic record. Cell phone calls from the hijacked planes are technically not possible and impersonation by real
time digital voice morphing offers the only plausible explanation. A DoJ trial exhibit indicates Barbara Olsen's
airphone call did not connect, and that her husband Ted's rendition of his conversation with her is sheer fabrication

you saw Oliver Stone's movie JFK, Mr. Attorney General, you might remember actor Ed Asner's portrayal of Guy Bannister,
former head of the Chicago office of the FBI and then head of the CIA's clandestine operations directed against Castro's
Cuba in the early 1960s.
New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison later discovered that pro-Castro literature
being handed out by Lee Harvey Oswald on the streets of New Orleans in the summer of 1963 had been printed inside Bannister's
Camp Street headquarters. Oswald was being set up to appear to the world as a pro-Castro agitator months before the
JFK assassination.
The anti-Castro personnel with whom Oswald worked were preparing the public persona of a patsy.

Yesterday's release of the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) report
on the mysterious collapse of World Trade Center 7 is a classic example of what the founding fathers of the USA sought to
prevent happening in our republic when they included two prohibitions against ex post facto laws in Article I, sections 9
and 10 of our Constitution.
This lame NIST report rests on the false assumption that there was no existing
agency authorized to investigate Ground Zero in the long interval between the 9/11 attacks and the 1 October 2002 passage
of the National Construction Safety Team Act.
Our Congress acted in combination with other officials to countenance
the removal of evidence from a crime scene and thereby thwarted a proper criminal investigation.
Such corruption
supported the goals of the war mongers.
A scientific report teetering on such shaky legal foundation naturally
has as much to hide as it reveals, and I list the notable lies, omissions and unsupported assertions.
Contrary
to what the report says, there were indeed eyewitness accounts of explosions heard and shock waves seen right before WTC 7
went down at 5:21 PM on 11 September 2001.
Not mentioned were numerous testimonies indicating foreknowledge of
the impending implosion, including Larry Silverstein's famous admission that a decision was made to "pull it";
i.e., bring down WTC 7 by controlled demolition. How the BBC managed to report the collapse as a fait accompli twenty
minutes before it actually happened remains an unexplained mystery.
Pools of molten steel in the sub-basements
of WTC 1, 2 & 7 remained for seven full weeks, a thermal effect studiously ignored by the NIST nincompoops.
Why
did Mayor Sir Rudolf Giuliani prefer 75 Barclay Street to his expensive, state of the art emergency command post on the 23rd

The law enabling the NIST investigation, at least as far as the WTC is concerned, is an ex post facto law.
As a federal judge, you ought to be aware that our Constitution prohibits ex post facto laws. The dynamic behind such
legal trickery, of course, is a combination to suppress the adversarial and discovery processes of our legal system with a
thin veneer of authority from NIST instead of our duly established law enforcement agencies.
This is not the
right way to discover what really happened on 9/11, and it appears to me that this method is meant to protect the real perpetrators
of 9/11. It appears at least on the surface that you had a hand in this in the US District Court for the Southern District
of New York. Did you release the "Dancing Israelis of Liberty State Park"? Did the WTC insurance companies
present as evidence Richard A. Siegel's film of the Twin Towers' collapses?
The only thing worse than
doing 9/11 is doing 9/11 and putting the blame on someone else. That would be a high tech lynching motivated by anti-Arab

Attorney General, I direct your attention again to my formal comment on the NIST "Final Report" on the mysterious

In part 5, I note NIST's false and misleading statements: "Blast from the smallest charge capable
of failing the critical column would have resulted in a sound level of 130 dB to 140 dB at a distance of at least half a mile.
There were no witness reports of such a loud noise, nor was such a noise heard on the audio tracks of video recordings of
the WTC 7 collapse."
To this I reiterate my comment that there were indeed competent and reliable eyewitnesses
who heard explosions and saw or felt shock waves from the explosions. And here I present to you the names of two such
witnesses, NYC Housing Authority official Barry Jennings and NYC Corporate Counsel Michael Hess, and their recorded testimonies
in Jason Bermas's 9/11 documentary film Fabled Enemies.

As you are about to hear, both men were in WTC 7 when the Twin Towers were attacked on Black Tuesday morning.

At
this point, no steel structured building had ever collapsed anywhere at anytime in history, and WTC 7 had not been damaged
at all.
But as Jennings and Hess made their way down to join the exodus at ground level, they were turned back
by a powerful explosion on the 8th floor. Then they were stranded for about 90 minutes before rescue by the FDNY.
During that time, Mr. Jennings said "all the time I'm hearing all types of explosions." Neither
had instruments to measure decibels, but that does not diminish their testimonies.
Mr. Jennings found the 9/11
Commission to be intimidating. NIST simply continued the pattern of avoidance of testimonies that did not fit its hypothesis.
Clearly, certain credible eyewitness, video, audio, seismic and scientific evidence was excluded. This is

Dear Mr. Attorney General,
On this 7th anniversary of 9/11, let us recall
the words of Isaiah:
"And
there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters on the day of the great slaughter,
when the towers fall. Moreover, the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall
be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, on the day that the Lord binds up the breach of his people, and heals the stroke
of their wound." (Isaiah 30:25-26)
Indeed Muslim indignation made the idea of the 9/11
attacks plausible as blowback, but were we deceived as to what really happened? Can healing ever preclude truth?
Can justice evade the truth in a conspiracy of silence? Can there be peace without justice?

a meticulous seeker of truth about 9/11 and is better known around the world than in the USA because of the bridle on the
jaws of the people and the press.
Griffin's
numerous works on 9/11 are a very worthy template for you to use in a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11, and
I therefore urge you, as I urge all Americans, to open your eyes and ears to what this accomplished professor is saying.
Inasmuch as the airport gates of 9/11 are really where the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq began, our national honor demands
a rigorous examination of what actually took place that day, so the truth can be known and justice pursued.
Professor Griffin's recent

conditions.

swung madly in favor of the Zionists (i.e., against Arabs and Muslims) even as a federal marshall evacuated Chief Justice
Rehnquist and 26 of the most senior federal judges in the nation out a side entrance of the Supreme Court building.

Rodriguez, the custodian of WTC 1, heard two explosions, one under his feet where he stood in the sub-basement, and then another
from above, which was the impact of the attacking aerial vehicle. My colleague and many other witnesses also heard two
loud bangs.
Then within seconds a co-worker, Felipe David, appeared before Mr. Rodriguez with his flesh hanging from his face, arms and
hands, the result of a fire flash from an elevator shaft. This is the kind of burn wound described at Hiroshima and
Nagasaki.
The explosion preceding the jet impact was a bomb that registered on the seismograph at the Lamont
Doherty Earth Observatory and burned Mr. David all at once. Mini nukes began a process of undermining the steel
core columns of the Twin Towers.
The 9/11 Commission excluded this evidence of high tech war crimes because Osama
bin Laden would not even think to do them.

Dear
Mr. Attorney General,
Short of a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11 by you and the US Department
of Justice, or by the US Congress or by a UN International Independent Investigation Commission, I've been gathering signatures
of registered voters living in New York City for a petition to place a referendum on the ballot for the creation of a citizens'
commission of investigation.
I do my canvassing in Central Park at the northeast corner of the Great Lawn, and
there I have met many, many very interesting people. One was the New York Times reporter Howard O. Stier (rhymes with
higher).
There's an expression, the nose knows. But I cannot think of a better example of opposing
noses than mine and Mr. Stier's. He smelled the smell of 9/11 on the Upper West Side just as I did on the Upper
East Side.
Both locations are windward of ground zero, yet this smell drifted seven miles north against the prevailing
winds and, in my experience, as well as my neighbors', lingered for weeks. I had flashbacks of the Lionel train
set of my childhood in the 1950s because the smell of 9/11 was quite similar to what exuded from the transformer, like an
electrical fire.
But Mr. Stier describes the sweet smell of the burnt flesh of the victims in the Twin Towers!
He likened the smell to what he experienced on a visit to a crematorium. As I listened to Stier, I recalled Frank Sinatra
singing, "It seems to me I've heard that song before; it's from an old, familiar score..."!
It is far fetched to think the scent of burnt human flesh can drift seven miles against the wind and linger for weeks.
And here I recall burn victim Felipe David, whom I mentioned in my previous letter. Mr. David's burns are very much
like those described at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Moreover, the heavy metal smell like that of an electrical fire is a
characteristic of a nuclear detonation. So were the spikes on the seismograph. And, of course, nuclear bombs now
come in all sizes and shapes and colors to suit one's specific need.
Our national honor requires a proper
investigation of 9/11, an inside job requiring access as well as motive, means and opportunity to start a war against Arabs.

If ever I saw a guilty face, it is the face of Ehud Olmert, who just resigned as Prime Minister.
But all this business about Morris Talansky is a smokescreen, for both Olmert and Talansky are closely tied to one
Menachem J. Atzmon, the Chairman of ICTS International, the "Dutch" airport security company that controlled the
airport gates where the 9/11 operation – and long laid plans to invade the Middle East – commenced.
And Olmert's former Likud colleague Bibi Netanyahu has said more than once that 9/11 was "good for Israel."
Of course Atzmon's contractual obligations with the airports give his security personnel access and therefore
means to go above and beyond ordinary routine. Perhaps this explains the complete lack of credible routine video surveillance
evidence of any of the passengers – let alone hijackers – at these airports.
Is the Talmudic law
of the Moser behind the thwarted discovery process with respect to this unexplained lack of routine video surveillance evidence?
Did the Mossad do 9/11?
The recent, earthshaking revelation of 91 year old Morton Sobell that he and Julius Rosenberg
were indeed Soviet spies sheds light in all directions.
These "Commies" were all Talmud Jews adhering
to the Law of the Moser. Two weeks before Rosenberg and his wife's execution on 19 June 1953, your predecessor Attorney
General Herbert Brownell sent David Bennett, Director of the Bureau of Prisons, to offer Rosenberg a deal to cooperate in
our government's investigation of their spy ring. Even though such cooperation would have been solid grounds for
clemency, Rosenberg refused.
In his 5 June 1953 letter to his attorney Emmanuel H. Bloch, Rosenberg summed up
his Sing Sing meeting with Bennett: "in so many words he said, only if I become an informer, do and say things that satisfy
the officials in Washington, then they will let us live."

What a
rude and hostile reception I received today from the snarly FBI ladies when I called 212 384 1000!
I started
to say I consider the 19 August 2008 death of Barry Jennings suspicious because the NIST "Final Report" on WTC 7,
which was published the very next day, essentially erases Jennings' outstanding eyewitness testimony of explosions inside
WTC 7 on 9/11 by concluding there is no eyewitness testimony of explosions.
After four attempts, each lasting
a few seconds before an abrupt hang up, I ceased my efforts to penetrate the FBI's 9/11 stone wall.
There
are unconfirmed rumors that the then New York City Corporation Counsel Michael Hess, who accompanied Jennings to the EOC on
the 23rd floor of WTC 7 and was stranded with him inside the building for about 90 minutes, has reversed his testimony that
he, too, heard explosions inside WTC 7 on 9/11.
If this is so, then Hess is just like Dr. Malcolm Perry, who
three times described a neat round bullet entry hole the size of a pencil eraser in JFK's throat just above the tie knot
at a press conference inside Parkland Hospital in Dallas at 3:16 PM on 22 November 1963.
Perry very soon discarded
his own astute observation when he realized it did not fit the "three shots from behind" party line.
My calls to Hess (and/or his namesakes in the directory) have not been returned.
Thanks to the diligence of Jason
Bermas, the testimonies of both Jennings and Hess are preserved in his documentary film Fabled Enemies and thereby continue
to rebut the fraudulent instrument published by the National Institute of Standards & Technology on 20 August 2008.

Only a praxis of evil cannot come half way to meet the conciliatory gestures of a putative opponent.
Such a praxis of evil seeks to perpetuate enmity by closing the door to peace through better understanding and mutual respect.

Secret evidence
is behind the false alarms that keep Iran's file at the IAEA open. As a judge, you can appreciate how the Iranians
are amazed by the IAEA's handling of evidence which the Iranians are not allowed to examine directly.
These
developments keep open the praxis of evil's false pretext to turn its constant threat of force into action. Ahmadinejad
has studied very well this praxis of evil. As he noted in his speech, "These are the same powers that produce new

the American people on 9/11. Again, here are the facts: Felipe David's burn wounds sustained in a split second
flash occurring seconds before the first jet impact on WTC 1 are exactly like those described at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Rick Siegel's video records sounds of explosions immediately before and during the collapses of the Twin Towers, and these
sounds correlate perfectly with recorded seismic events. And my olfactory sense, and those of my neighbors, recorded
for weeks after 9/11 a distinctive smell like that of an electrical fire even though we were 7 miles windward from Ground
Zero.

Today's Sunday Times quotes a British commander in Afghanistan,

of the table and talk about a political settlement, then that's precisely the sort of progress that concludes insurgencies
like this."
This, of course, is a classic example of the hubris involved in waging the wrong war any way.
Exactly who invites whom to whose table is a conundrum best considered in light of the great profundity of Anglo American
poet T. S. Eliot (CIA's James Jesus Angleton?): "In my beginning is my end; in my end is my beginning.
"The Taliban deserve a reprise with a UN International Independent Investigation Commission on 9/11. Put that
on the table, John Bull!
Didn't the Taliban offer to deliver Osama Bin Laden to the USA if evidence could be

Didn't President Bush, who says he saw on live TV the first jet

with the American people, let alone the Taliban, about the disturbing lack of routine video surveillance evidence from the
airports of 9/11.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,
I trust that
you have had a good Kol Nidre ceremony last night, Yom Kippur Eve, and along with other congregants are buoyed by the release
of your commitments as per the Jewish Encylopedia's rendering of the Aramaic into English:
"All vows,
obligations, oaths, and anathemas, whether called 'onam,' 'onas,' or by any other name, which we may vow,
or swear, or pledge, or whereby we may be bound, from this Day of Atonement until the next (whose happy coming we await),
we do repent. May they be deemed absolved, forgiven, annulled, and void, and made of no effect; they shall not bind us nor

Indeed, I do hope you understand how I wonder that perhaps this concept of Kol Nidre, which is not rooted in Torah,
may put a kind of asterisk or exception on your oath or solemn affirmation of federal office, and that this might help to
explain why much of the evidence that 9/11 was an inside job has been shunted aside, ignored and otherwise diminished.
Add to this the benefits that the Zionist state derived from the events of 9/11, and the conspiracy of silence engendered
by the Talmudic Law of the Moser, and one can readily see how bogus cell phone calls, remote controlled aerial acrobatics,
controlled demolitions and Lucky Larry Silverstein's 49 day miracle cash cow were all sold to the public through the controlled

Dear Mr. Attorney General,
In consideration of my constant reminders to you of the Jewish state's motive, means and opportunity to conduct
a false flag intelligence operation on 9/11 and Bibi Netanyahu's emphatic claims that 9/11 was "good for Israel,"
let me go over the concept of expediency, a word whose adjectival form Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (11th edition)
defines as "suitable for achieving a particular end in a given circumstance" and "usually implies what is immediately
advantageous without regard for ethics or consistent principles."
Setting aside abundant circumstantial
evidence that normally would place Zionists under scrutiny with respect to the events of 9/11, let me go back in history to
the death of JFK for additional insight on this matter.
Mark Lane, whose efforts to discover the truth about
the JFK assassination and to defend Lee Harvey Oswald posthumously are outstanding contributions to the nation, debated Joseph
Ball, a lawyer on the staff of the Warren Commission, at Beverly Hills High School on 4 December 1964.
Also in
attendance was the California ACLU leader Abraham L. Wirin, a friend of Chief Justice Warren, who addressed the audience and
said, "I say thank God for Earl Warren. He saved us from a pogrom. He saved our nation. God bless him
for what he has done in establishing that Oswald was the lone assassin."
To which Lane replied, "If
Oswald was innocent, Mr. Wirin, would you still say 'Thank God for Earl Warren' and bless him for establishing him
as the lone murderer?"
To which Wirin responded, "Yes. I still would say so."
Wirin spoke with perfect confidence that what he had just said would not appear in the news media, a noteworthy circumstance
in itself. But Mark Lane's tape recorder and commitment to history caught up with Wirin. (See Mark Lane's
1991 book Plausible Denial, page 52)
It may also be that Wirin knew something that Lane didn't at that time
(1964), and that history is also catching up to Mark Lane. Seymour Hersh, in his 1991 book The Samson Option, in chapter
8, A Presidential Struggle, revealed that JFK was adamantly opposed to the Zionist state's nuclear weapons program, and
that there was a bitterly intense behind the scenes struggle between JFK and David Ben Gurion, and that Ben Gurion resorted
to outright lies about what was going on at the nuclear weapons installation at Dimona in the Negev desert.
Meyer
Lansky, a friend of David Ben Gurion and an integral part of the CIA's Praxis of Evil, was well positioned to take care
of the matter and get JFK off the Zionist state's nuclear file. Interestingly in light of today's contrived
controversy over Iran's nuclear file, the Shah of Iran toasted the news of JFK's death.
But if Americans
had only known, these ruthless individuals certainly would have had reason to fear pogroms! Instead, they bamboozled
the Warren Commission staff into thinking they were saving the USA from a nuclear war with the Soviet Union. By comparison,
"Dallas" was a sitcom and J. R. a cream puff!
Also fearing pogroms were Jack Ruby, who assassinated
Oswald to prevent discovery according to the requirements of the Talmudic Law of the Moser, and his sidekick, George H. W.
Bush, whose joint efforts to establish Oswald's false and misleading public persona as a pro-Castro agitator are described

1991 witnessed not only the publications of Lane's Plausible Denial and Hersh's Samson Option, but
the more widely observed release of Oliver Stone's movie JFK. Together, these three masterpieces represent three
quarks tending toward a unified whole, with two of them not so subtly suggesting the CIA was entirely to blame for the JFK
assassination, and the third passively providing grounds on which one may infer a Zionist motive dominating all the other
motives to kill JFK. We certainly cannot ignore the end result; namely, the end of JFK's "two way street"
diplomacy conducive to a Middle East free of weapons of mass destruction.
Lane said years ago that he wrote his
last book on the JFK assassination, so we can safely assume he will not tread the path leading to Lansky and the Zionist connection

Lane's decision appears to be in keeping

Let us please turn to the all-important seismic evidence of the events of
9/11. As previously stated, Richard A. Siegel's video and soundtrack record explosions seconds before and during
the collapse of each of the Twin Towers (See http://www.911raw.com). Siegel's soundtrack can be calibrated to the 10 AM top-of-the-hour tone broadcast by 1010 WINS radio station
playing in the background, and correlates perfectly with off-the-chart spikes on Columbia University's Lamont Doherty
Earth Observatory seismograph in the Palisades of New Jersey. Siegel's film and the seismic record together constitute
best evidence of controlled demolitions of the Twin Towers.
So why is Siegel's film not a factor in analysis of the seismic record? Why has
this best evidence been excluded from the discovery process in law enforcement and judicial proceedings? And why does
the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) ignore such dispositive evidence? Even the 9/11 truth movement
steers around Siegel's film and its implications, which is quite an interesting phenomenon in and of itself. (Use
of aluminum powder incendiaries to take down the Twin Towers has been proven quite conclusively by Steven Jones, a leading
9/11 truth figure, but such explosives do not result in off-the-chart spikes on the seismic record. Thermate and Thermite
were used in conjunction with much more powerful explosives set within the central core columns and at the base of each tower.
These high powered explosions give us a much narrower range of specialized suspects compared with practitioners of aluminum
powder incendiaries.)
As
demonstrated in my "Shlock & Awe on top of Shock & Awe" article, NIST leaves out of its report two blast
events, each 0.6 on the Richter Scale, occuring 8 seconds apart precisely when WTC 7 was demolished (See http://www.show-the-house.com/id65.html). NIST's shocking omission came even though such evidence of WTC 7 blast events is included elsewhere in NIST's
literature on 9/11.
NIST
and the seismologists simply do not consider copious eyewitness, audio and video evidence of explosions at WTC 1, 2 and 7,
and make the superficially plausible inference that the building collapses caused the spikes on the seismic record.

Likewise do they blindly infer
that the two jet impacts registered on the seismograph; Craig Furlong and Gordon Ross of Scholars for 9/11 Truth argue quite
persuasively that explosions were synchronized with the jet impacts, but the evildoers were off on their timing by a few seconds.
Hence the many reports, albeit suppressed by the media, of two loud bangs at WTC 1 in the opening round of our unjustified

Once the evidence is admitted and not excluded, and the truth sets us free,
we are ready to ask, how could Osama Bin Laden get his men inside Lucky Larry Silverstein's well guarded properties to
plant the explosives? Could 9/11 have happened another way? Have you considered mobbed up unions?
But seismic data published by
NIST presents even more problems insofar that the period from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM is simply omitted in the graphic presentations
of the 9/11 seismograph. During this 90 minute interval the impacts of the two aerial vehicles and the collapse of WTC
2 occurred. NIST's graphs inexplicably show seismic evidence only from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.  
So what is NIST hiding?
We see in its graphs the collapse of WTC 1 and WTC 7 and a few quarry blasts in between during the 7 ½ hour interval
commencing 10 AM EDT. WTC 7 looks like two quarry blasts 8 seconds apart. (Did WTC 7 bounce and fall again?) And
strangely coincidentally, the WTC 1 collapse is lined up with an earthquake in Indonesia at 6.5 on the Richter Scale.
(The seismograph traces 30 minute intervals, so the WTC 1 collapse at 10:28:34 is right on top of the Indonesian earthquake
at 10:56:51.) You'd think at a glance that the 6.5 quake, by jutting off the chart into the other parallel 30 minute
trace intervals above and below, simply occults the beginning of the WTC 1 collapse. (See this graph reproduced at http://www.show-the-house.com/id54.html.)
But wait! On the Lamont
Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) seismograph there is another off-the-chart spike just like the 6.5 Indonesian quake, but
it's at the very beginning of the WTC 2 collapse at 9:59, which is not shown on the NIST graph, where it would line up
with both the WTC 1 collapse and Indonesian quake.
LDEO (http://www.ldeo.columbia.edu/LCSN/Eq/20010911_wtc.html) shows a different pattern of 30  minute trace intervals, from 10 minutes and 40 minutes after each hour, which enables the reader to see clearly that the two
off-the-chart spikes coincide with the collapses of WTC 1 and WTC 2. The Indonesian quake is a joker nearly perfectly
timed to overlay the Twin Tower explosions on seismographs with 30 minute traces starting each hour and half hour.
And if you compare the Indonesian
quake with one at Fox Islands (17:10:55) at 5.1 on the Richter Scale, you will begin to fathom the dimensions of our problem.
The Fox Islands quake doesn't show any spike at all! And we know from sources as diverse as the late Internet investigative
journalist Joe Vialls (http://www.vialls.com) and former Senator and US Secretary of Defense William Cohen (http://www.fas.org/news/usa/1997/04/bmd970429d.htm) that the USA can cook up an earthquake almost as easily as it can start an invasion!

white paper by WTC designer John Skilling in which he maintains that a Boeing 707 jet colliding into either of the planned
WTC Twin Towers at 600 miles per hour "would result in only local damage which could not cause collapse or substantial
damage to the building and would not endanger the lives and safety of occupants not in the immediate area of impact."
They compel me to call for a new investigation.

Israel's military intelligence agency, infiltrated the most sensitive computer networks in the United States through a

With reference to our suspected sayan, he adds, "Under Goff, Ptech software loaded with trapdoors and Trojan Horses was
sold and loaded onto the MOST sensitive computer systems that failed miserably, or performed well (depending on your view),
on September 11, 2001." These computer systems included those of the Federal Aviation Administration and US Air
Force among other clients of this mysterious IT consultancy Ptech.
Their radar systems were gamed. "9/11 was good for Israel"

to the anthrax attacks right after 9/11 and the farcicle FBI investigation that followed in a veering three stage pattern.
First, an anonymously accused
Arab American scientist at Fort Detrick was properly cleared of wrongdoing by the FBI. The cowardly accuser was  stupid enough to reveal foreknowledge of the anthrax attacks. Two reporters from the Hartford Courant newspaper then
put former Fort Detrick scientist Philip M. Zack in the spotlight as a person known to have harassed mercilessly the same
falsely accused Arab American scientist years before.
Zack was sacked for his egregiously bad behavior, but it can be proved he subsequently had
unauthorized access to anthrax at Fort Detrick. Zack's access to anthrax and his anti-Arab animus jibe well with
the Bush Administration's primitive attempt to blame Iraq for the anthrax attacks even though the White House was well
aware the anthrax spores were weapons grade and could only have come from Fort Detrick.
Have you looked at Zack?
 These indications flagging Zack resulted in a two pronged attack on another former Fort Detrick scientist, Steven J. Hatfill;
first by the New York Times and then by the FBI, who, after leaking information, conducted a campaign of harassment that ultimately
resulted, after your tenure as Attorney General began, in a multi-million dollar judgment for Hatfill. Judge Walton
said there was "not a scintilla of evidence" against Hatfill.
How could the FBI and the newsmedia be so wrong?
 After
all this rigamarole, along came Bruce E. Ivins, yet another scientist at Fort Detrick whom the FBI harassed mercilessly.
Instead of effecting a money judgment for Ivins, the FBI literally drove him to commit suicide and then confidently announced
he was the post 9/11 anthrax man. Ivins' lawyers strongly reject the FBI's conclusion, yet the newsmedia eagerly
gobbled it up.
I
certainly hope you see the need to establish and maintain credibility at the DoJ.
Who had personal information about Ivins sufficient to set him up at the
Princeton mailbox where anthrax was mailed?

Americans
who are stupid and stubborn enough to keep believing impossible stories such as cell phone calls from the allegedly hijacked
jets of 9/11 invite an encore by our homegrown praxis of evil.
This seems to be the case with the head-on
crash of a Metrolink commuter train and Union Pacific freight train near Chatsworth, California, on 12 September 2008.
From the
very outset the press reports did not ring true.
Briefly, if the official story were true, then the commuter train, after having
failed to stop at a red light, should have derailed at the switch which was set for the oncoming freight train to pass.
This did not happen.
Moreover, if National Transportation Safety Board member Kathryn Higgins's preposterous claim
that the commuter train just "blew through the switch" were true, then the jolting effect felt at the switch would
have been quite sufficient to alert the engineer to stop the train and also would have been reported by survivors of the crash.
And the switch itself should have been damaged by this bizarrely hypothesized "blew through" transit. But
none of this happened.
So the question naturally arises,
Did the engineer see a green light on the ground when the dispatcher saw a red one on his console? How could this be?  Aerial photo at right from Google Earth at 3,900
feet shows scene of MetroLink commuter train crash with a Union Pacific freight train at point marked "C."
The freight train emerged from a tunnel at point "A" and the commuter train, heading from Los Angeles to Moorpark,
is said to have passed red lights and passed over a switch (shown at "B") set for the oncoming freight train.
But if this is how it really happened, the commuter train should have derailed at the switch! It didn't! If
you are intent on selling a new and improved "fail safe" signal system to your local railroad, you have to demonstrate
a failure of the system that worked without a serious incident for decades. Then you move in and make your pitch and
get your multi-million dollar contract! PROMIS and PTECH computer software technologies can infiltrate computer systems
to monitor and sabotage them. This is also what happened on 9/11! Sam Giancana would have loved it!
The unlearned lessons of 9/11
will one day clarify how computer software programs such as PROMIS and PTECH can surreptitiously override whole computer systems
of our national infrastructure to monitor and even sabotage them. Infiltration of our national command, control and
communications system on 9/11, particularly our radar and security operations, served a political agenda.
But the Chatsworth crash,
which happened at the very moment our financial system became totally unhinged from the real economy, served financial interests
with a totalitarian temperament requiring total control.
The railroad's tried and true procedures had kept risk of catastrophic
human error infinitesimally small. Then this mysterious crash greased the skids for an expensive upgrade, an automated
"fail safe" signal system to replace one that works just fine.

1961 in Kenya. He has shown that under existing law Obama is not a natural born citizen of the USA, and therefore is

Berg has also shown documents proving that Obama, known then as Barry
Soetoro, was enrolled in a grammar school in Jakarta as an Indonesian citizen, in which case, under existing law, he is not
even a naturalized citizen of the USA and therefore not eligible to hold any federal office.
Yesterday, Berg

As sure as the heavens above are blue and the good earth below is
green, cell phone calls as of 11 September 2001 could not possibly have been made from flying jets, nor were seat back air
phones available on Boeing 757 jets.
So all those stories about cell phone calls and air phone calls on 9/11
are simply bogus. Continued denial of this hard fact raises moral questions, and the Moussaoui trial stipulation that
such calls did take place raises questions of credibility and incompetence at the U. S. Department of Justice.

Once you get past the denial, analysis of the alleged calls will be helpful in a new investigation of 9/11.

example of voice morphing, you could call your wife and sound like Daffy Duck, or she could call you and sound like Congressman
Charles Rangel.)
As a former part time Field Representative with the U. S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of
the Census, I worked with New York Assistant Regional Director Marion Britton for 11 years. I detect a very unlikely
story in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette saying, "She called longtime friend Fred Fiumano, from whom she had borrowed a cell
phone." Marion had a Census Bureau-issued cell phone with her at all times, and if she had trouble with her phone,
she could have very easily replaced it when she was in the office on 10 September.
And if she did try to call
from UA Flight 93, her first call would have been to the New York office. Marion knew, followed and taught the drill.

aviation industry makes me think the unresolved 9/11 aviation issues constitute a human rights problem too.
These
attacks on 9/11 appear to have been a false flag intelligence operation to justify invasions in the Middle East, and the resultant
scale of human suffering is staggering. Truth and justice with respect to 9/11 are therefore human rights issues.
The USA's sanctions on Iran are an expression of Zionist driven hostility toward the Iranian nation.

France Press photo, right ) Pakistanis watch our Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen flail with his arms and hands like a conductor
of the Boston Symphony Orchestra as he tells them what their next steps are in sorting out the Mumbai attacks only serves
to highlight the rank hypocrisy of the USA in its very suspicious approach to the investigation of 9/11.
India
was quick to show photos and videos of the Mumbai terrorists.
An Indian news photographer actually latched onto
one murderous pair at the railway station and followed them about as he snapped picture after picture of their carnage from
as close as 30 feet away. Talk about symbiotic relationships! They were feeding off each other!
The
prolonged siege by 10 men in a major city against police and military forces is way beyond my understanding, but nevertheless
the prompt, graphic reporting stands in stark contrast to the 9/11 investigation. This is the lesson to be learned.
Think of it! Seven full years after 9/11 we have yet to see ANY credible video surveillance images of ANY
of the passengers -- let alone hijackers -- at ANY of the three "Category X" high security airports from which the
flights of 9/11 are said to have departed.
Nor have we had any explanation as to why we have not seen evidence
of passengers or hijackers at these airports in the form of routine video surveillance tapes.
We repeatedly saw
on TV two suspects at Portland, Maine airport.
So when I hear Rice and Mullen preach the necessity of a "transparent
investigation" of the Mumbai attacks to the Pakistanis, I find myself halfway between laughing or crying. That
the unjustified, immoral, illegal and ill-advised invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq began at the airport gates of 9/11 is
not lost on the Pakistanis or the greater global community.
Yet Mullen and Rice seem clueless about the lies,
distortions, inconsistencies and omissions in the official account of 9/11.
If they don't know how they actually
came to occupy this part of the world, they certainly will not know how to leave.

What are the odds that both crashes -- sudden, unexplained nosedives --
were the only ones of their kind in aviation history until the day I began to send a second fax broadcast again suggesting
electromagnetic interference in the flight operations of EgyptAir 990 (31 October 1999) and a USAF EC-135N (6 May 1981)?
What are the odds that as I sent that second fax broadcast Alaska Airlines 261 went down in a similar nosedive within
sight of Goleta, California, home of Metatech, an industry leader in the science of electromagnetic interference? (See

Odd odds?
I discerned a pattern of interference in flight operations when I discovered that the
9/11 aerial acrobatics of UA 175 and AA 77 can only be explained by remote control and that Netanyahu had declared 9/11 "good
for Israel."
I called on Dov Zakheim, the Pentagon Comptroller on 9/11 with a background in remote control
systems, to explain. A Zionist who had just lost $2.1 trillion of the Pentagon's money and who had suggested a "New
Pearl Harbor" to quicken implementation of recommendations for global dominance through military transformations, Zakheim
certainly had the motive, means and opportunity to pull off a false flag black intelligence operation.
Now I
add the brain trust at Metatech at least as an indispensable way to probe the mysteries of 9/11.
Let's head
off the CIA's "limited hangout" through the 9/11 Truth Movement in which aluminum powdered incendiaries offer
the only explanation for the controlled demolitions of WTC1, 2 & 7 and mobbed up union members are arrested for setting

Dear Mr. Attorney General,
Our
Upper East Side neighbor Bernard L. Madoff, who made off with billions of other people's money, is an off shore type of
guy, isn't he?
The thought occurred to me as I watched an ingenious seagull fly a few hundred yards inland
to drop a clamshell on a paved road so as to crack it open and have a meal.
Judging by the serene smile on Madoff's
face, what he did was for the greater good of the Jewish state. The money did not simply disappear into thin air.
And isn't the Jewish state the USA's largest off-shore aircraft carrier?
The Latin word for our adverb
secretly is clam, which is nearly identical in spelling but opposite in meaning to the Latin verb clamare, to shout or proclaim;
indeed, some secrets cry out for attention. How Madoff gamed the system for over a decade can be discerned in the stultifying

The New York Times reporter Dan Barry serves as a good
example. Recently Barry wrote of a dying Mafioso, "still, ever-faithful to that perverse code of the streets, he
seemed insulted when asked about the deeds of others." ("An Old Mobster Lets Go of a Long-Kept Secret,"
New York Times, 22 December 2008, page A13) This is of course a reference to
the Mafioso Code of Omertà.
But it is very unlikely that Barry and his ilk are even aware of the Talmudic

CNN's Chris Plant, at the Pentagon, related the eyewitness testimony of a USAF senior enlisted man who
saw a military helicopter circle the Pentagon and then saw and heard a huge explosion and fireball as the helicopter reached
the side of the building next to the helicopter landing zone.
The CNN transmission is promptly cut, and the WINS
announcer, Lee, repeats the party line of a jet crash and adds false information that the tail section of the jet was seen
by an AP reporter on the scene.

This potential was

Were I Captain Chesley Sullenberger,

resent my having to pee in a cup for the National Transportation Safety Board. What a way to treat a hero!
But the Sullenbergers will attend the Inauguration in Washington next Tuesday, and I think this real hero's US Airways
jet is an apt symbol of our ship of state as we are finally rid of Bush and stand on a wing and a prayer in the aftermath

There's much to do on an emergency basis. I hope

AP report recovery of the tail section of the jet that allegedly hit the Pentagon when there was no recovery of any identifiable

a commercial airliner whatsoever!)
Who was the senior USAF enlisted man who told CNN a helicopter was
present when the explosion and fireball occurred at the Pentagon?
Who at Fox News said a bomb went off near the
Supreme Court Building when no such event took place?

The great English poet John Milton wrote "hope never comes that
comes to all"; though the new administration certainly brings hope to very many, I remain steadfast in my hope, howsoever
well deferred it may be, that new people and new thinking at the US Department of Justice will recognize the need for a full,
fair and impartial investigation of 9/11 and give it the highest priority.
For in a very real sense, the invasions
and occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq began at the airport gates of 9/11, yet we have no credible video surveillance evidence
of any of the passengers -- let alone hijackers -- at these airports, a very unusual circumstance which has never been explained.
