I write to you, Mr. Attorney General, out of very deep concern that the true account of 9/11 has not been told, that there has been a coverup, and that the intended result of the attacks is our presence in the Middle East, where six years later our already constructed military bases are being forced on the people of Iraq and the USA with an odiously shameful status of forces agreement. Your office is where a new and proper investigation of 9/11 can still be launched, and I urge you to move in this direction for the sake of historical truth and the proper administration of justice.

As a citizen of the USA, and as a former federal employee who watched the immediate aftermath of the hit on the south tower, World Trade Center 2, from the southwest corner office on the 37th floor of 26 Federal Plaza, just a stone's throw from the courthouse where you were then presiding as federal judge for the Southern District of New York, I have to say I am bothered by many bits of verified information which have come to my attention. I believe these matters come under your purview and deserve your personal attention on an urgent basis.

First, I wish to draw your attention to very telling remarks made by President Bush at a town hall meeting in Orlando, Florida, on 4 December 2001, and reiterated in another town hall meeting in Ontario, California, on 5 January 2002, in which he claimed that he saw the first jet hit the north tower, World Trade Center 1, on a TV monitor just before entering the classroom in Florida where, several minutes later, his aide Andrew Card famously delivered news of the hit on the south tower and the foregone conclusion that the USA was under attack. Bush's puzzling statements, which appear on my website at http://www.show-the-house.com/id53.html along with links to the White House website where they were obtained, indicate foreknowledge or mental defect or both.

Therefore, I ask, when were you first apprised of these statements? How has the DoJ probed this matter? What measures will you take in the immediate future to resolve this issue?

While I await your reply to my first letter to you regarding President Bush's repeated claims that he saw on a TV monitor the first jet hit the WTC north tower in the opening surprise attack of 9/11, which can only mean foreknowledge or mental defect or both, I turn your attention, Mr. Attorney General, to yet another very grave matter of quite the opposite dynamic in which we have not seen what one would normally expect to see: routine video surveillance evidence of the events of 9/11.

How is it that we have NEVER seen ANY credible video surveillance evidence of ANY of the passengers -- let alone hijackers -- at ANY of the three high security ("Category X") international airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed? How is it that after nearly seven full years we still have not seen any of this routine video surveillance evidence or heard any explanation as to why we haven't seen such basic evidence? How can this be explained?

Nearly every person in the world saw a constant barrage of broadcast images of two alleged hijackers passing through a security checkpoint at Portland Maine International Airport, but even these images are problematic with respect to time stamps, an airport employee's adamant testimony as to the suspects' attire and the all too convenient discovery of questionable evidence in the suspects' delayed luggage. These Portland images simply do not place the suspects in Boston! Why is there no video surveillance evidence showing that these two individuals seen passing through Portland were at Boston's Logan International Airport on 9/11?

The news media's hyping of the Portland images goes hand in hand with a conspiracy of silence about the unexplained lack of video surveillance evidence at the airports of 9/11. Of course the media is "free" to conduct its propaganda in support of an ideology calling for world domination by fraud and by force, but the Department of Justice is not.

Let me help you investigate 9/11.

To continue, Mr. Attorney General, I recapitulate: you were appointed by "a man of vision" who says he saw on TV as it happened what no other man on earth saw; namely, the first hit on the north tower WTC 1, and you now preside over the priesthood of the ineffable mysteries of the 9/11 airport surveillance tapes, the US Department of Justice. That's quite a distinction, isn't it? As a skeptic who sees no credible evidence showing that any of the passengers said to have boarded the ill fated flights of 9/11 were even at these airports, I cannot help but think there was a high tech framing of Arabs afoot as a pretext for putting American muscle on Mesopotomian patrol. Do you understand?

Of course people not bothered by President Bush's darkly mysterious utterances and the sheer lack of routine video surveillance evidence at the airports are also not bothered by the omission of the names of the alleged hijackers in the passenger manifests published by United and American Airlines. Their fallback position is to cite cell and airphone calls cited in the official conspiracy theory.

But a Canadian university mathematics professor, A. Kee Dewdney, conducted experiments ruling out the possibility of cell phone calls from commerical jets. A USAF Public Affairs officer at an outdoor Boeing exhibit at Rockefeller Center in 2003 told me he reached the same conclusion after he and colleagues had conducted their own informal experiments. Dewdney brilliantly infers the use of real time digital voice morphing as the only possible explanation of these "cell phone calls," and his examination of transcripts of such calls, in the manner of the great literary critic I. Let me turn, Mr. Attorney General, to the aerial vehicle that hit the south tower, WTC 2. A colleague on the 37th floor of the Federal Building at Duane and Broadway told me shortly afterwards that he had seen this jet making its approach over New York harbor; he repeated with great emphasis that, at first sight, one wing pointed almost straight down to the ground and the other straight up to the sky; his eyewitness testimony of the attacking jet's highly unusual attitude in New York City airspace is corroborated by, among others, eyewitness testimonies of air traffic controllers in the control tower at Newark Airport who saw a sharply banking jet turn across the harbor and slam into WTC 2.

From nearly the same location his colleague saw the radically banking aerial vehicle making its approach over New York Harbor. This jet was headed right for the Air Force office and would have crashed there had it not hit WTC 2 first!

Soon after 9/11, a retired US Army field officer with long experience at the highest levels inside the Pentagon convened a group of military, civilian and commercial aviation professionals, and their conclusion was unanimous: the flights that hit WTC 2 and the Pentagon could not possibly have been piloted by flight students on their maiden voyages with training limited to routine procedures on flight simulators. Donn de Grand Pre's group pointed to remote control as the best explanation for the unerring descending arcs made by the jets at speeds normally reserved for high altitude cruising; the G-forces brought to bear would have posed an insurmountable challenge to a human being.

So you see, with no airport video surveillance evidence, and no names of alleged hijackers on airline manifests, and bogus cell and air phone calls, this highly improbable scenario of aerial acrobatics over New York harbor needs a much better explanation than the outrageous conspiracy theory we have been offered. Considering that the attacking jet was headed right for the USAF office on the 37th floor of the Federal Building, that 9/11 Commission Co-Chairmen Kean and Hamilton expressed doubts about the credibility of USAF testimonies, that President Bush has a history of gaming the upper echelons of NORAD from his air national guard days, and that he says he saw the first jet's surprise attack on WTC 1, I ask, can you, a Bush appointee, pursue 9/11 truth and justice?

OPEN LETTER #05 ON 9/11 TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE USA MICHAEL B. MUKASEY

Mr. Attorney General, can you not admit that there is at least a shadow of a doubt over the official story of 9/11? Our Commander in Chief said he saw the first hit on WTC 1. We have no credible airport video surveillance tapes of any of the passengers and no explanation. We have demonstrably bogus cell and airphone calls. We have two flights with trajectories into their targets which are consistent with rocket science and not the maiden voyages of flight students.

The most compelling evidence, however, is a video of the collapsing Twin Towers and World Trade Center 7, which Richard A. Siegel filmed from across the Hudson River on a pier in Hoboken. The explosions that you hear on the soundtrack preceding each building collapse correspond with off the chart seismic readings from Columbia University's Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory in the Palisades. The free fall speed of these building collapses and at least a dozen other aspects of these collapses, as described by Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, are strongly indicative of controlled demolitions. Moreover, the strong smell like that of an electrical fire which lingered in the air in our neighborhood on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and which neighbors, merchants and doormen remember to this day, is a characteristic of a nuclear detonation. Even though we were constantly windward of Ground Zero and 6.8 miles away, this smell lingered for weeks!

At right is a still taken from Richard A. Siegel's original film footage which he has reproduced in its entirety on a DVD entitled 911 Raw The Research Edition. The image shows both Twin Towers still standing and smoking at the tops as well as at ground level. Siegel's camera was set on a tripod on a pier in Hoboken, New Jersey, on the western shore of the Hudson River. The sounds of massive explosions are clearly heard right before each tower fell at nearly free fall speed. These explosions correspond perfectly with split-second off-the-chart spikes on seismic readings taken further north along the western shore of the Hudson at Columbia University's Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory in the Palisades of New Jersey.

Such strong prima facie evidence of controlled demolitions raises the likelihood that the real perpetrators of these horrific crimes had access to the World Trade Center through corporate and/or government entities. It behooves you to obtain Siegel's original video footage as well as the superb documentaries he has made on 9/11 at his website http://www.911raw.com. Referring to my previous letter (#05) in which I introduced Richard A. Siegel's film footage with audio component as best evidence of controlled demolitions to bring down the Twin Towers and WTC 7, I now ask you, Mr. Attorney General, have you ever seen this film before? Have you ever even heard of it before last week when I wrote to you about it? How is it that all the legal proceedings with respect to 9/11 in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, where you presided as judge before becoming Attorney General, are devoid of any consideration of this open source, primary evidence casting substantial doubt on the findings of the 9/11 Commission?

I somehow sense a powerful combination to obstruct justice. Perhaps a United Nations International Independent Investigation Commission will give Richard A. Siegel's films (http://www.911raw.com) the proper treatment that they deserve nearly seven full years after 9/11. As already stated in my previous letter, the sounds of explosions correspond perfectly with off-the-chart spikes on the seismic record. How did you miss this? How can you keep on missing this?

Additionally, we have numerous and reliable eyewitness accounts of explosions inside the WTC on 9/11. A trusted colleague heard two loud bangs at the beginning of the attacks. This evidence is corroborated by the heroic custodian of WTC 1, William Rodriguez, who heard and saw the effects of a powerful explosion in the sub-basement level of WTC 1 immediately before the impact of the first jet. A tape recording of a conference in Liberty Plaza picked up the two loud bangs which came seconds apart. Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Police communications transcripts are replete with testimonies of explosions in the sub-basement level at the beginning of the attacks. I could go on and on, but there is not enough space. Suffice it to say, Osama bin Laden and cohorts had no access to place the charges!

Yesterday's Senate passage of the new FISA law granting retroactive immunity to, among others, the Israeli telecommunications firms Amdocs and Comverse, is a direct blow not only to our Fourth Amendment, but to efforts to get to the full truth of what really happened on 9/11. I will return to this topic in future letters, but for now, suffice it to say that Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution of the United States prohibits such "ex post facto Laws" without exception. So just as the US Congress disregards international law, it is totally unhinged from our "supreme Law of the Land" as well.

Once you can get past the denial stage and reckon fully with unexplained lack of routine airport video surveillance evidence on 9/11, abundant evidence of controlled demolitions, bogus cell and airphone calls, high tech phone impersonations, remote control of aerial vehicles and our fearless leader's claim he saw the first hit on the north tower, WTC 1, you have to consider the likelihood that our corporate, government and military organizations were penetrated and compromised. The real perpetrators carried out a false flag intelligence operation designed to put the blame on Moslem Arabs and give a green light to put American muscle on Mesopotamian patrol.

Once you can entertain this false flag intelligence operation theory, you have to consider who had the motive, means and opportunity to do the crime and cover it up. This has not been done.

The Zionist state had the motive, means and opportunity to carry out this false flag intelligence operation, but a deeply rooted cultural taboo against blaming Jews makes a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11 a very, very difficult proposition.

Let me continue, Mr. Attorney General, with the topic of the Talmudic Law of the Moser. But first, I ask, why do you suppose Americans are preoccupied with alleged fake photos of Iran's most recent missile defense exercises, but have no curiosity whatsoever about total lack of 9/11 airport video surveillance evidence from Boston's Logan and Newark's Liberty International Airports? Are they just dumb? Did Osama bin Laden take these tapes to his hideout? Or is the news & entertainment media creating a protective bubble for the real 9/11 conspirators? Why can't we see these tapes?

Anyway, most people have never heard of the Talmudic Law of the Moser, and would be very surprised to hear that it is exactly like the Mafioso Code of Omerta. Back in the time of JFK, FBI Director Hoover denied the existence of the Mafia even though he enjoyed lucrative intercourse with top capos like Frank Costello. Not until Joe Valacchi broke the Code of Omerta did we find out enough about the Mafia to engage in vigorous prosecutions. We are dealing with the same thing with this Talmudic Law of the Moser, which prohibits a Jew from informing on another Jew to a non-Jew. This prohibition extends beyond being a "rat" or a "fink"; in more subtle and indirect ways the Law of the Moser enjoins adherents to maintain a conspiracy of silence so as not to draw unwelcome attention to a secret and illegal enterprise or other criminal or anti-social behavior. Dear Mr. Attorney General, I just returned from a visit to Rockefeller Center where I checked my mailbox and was very disappointed to find that you have yet to respond to any of my open letters on 9/11! Let me point out to you that these open letters are sent by fax and email to, among others, nearly every embassy in Washington and mission to the UN here in New York. So I can truly say the international community is witness to my quest for truth and justice with respect to 9/11.

So let me ask you, am I asking for the moon by asking you repeatedly to show video surveillance evidence of ANY of the passengers at ANY of the three airports from which the ill fated flights of 9/11 are said to have departed? Short of that, am I asking for Uranus when I ask you for an explanation as to why we cannot see such evidence in the form of routine airport surveillance videos?

My boss, a federal employee with the US Department of Commerce, was reportedly on Flight 93 out of Newark's Liberty International Airport. Why have I never seen video surveillance evidence of her anywhere inside Newark Airport? Why have my requests to see such proof been ignored for so long? After nearly seven full years, can we not conclude that there is something radically wrong about the official investigation of 9/11? I know I never saw my boss again after 9/11, but I do not believe a single word about what supposedly happened to her and whoever else was on Flight 93. Certainly the cell phone call my boss reportedly made from Flight 93 was absolutely impossible to make, and impersonation by digital voice morphing is the best explanation.

As a Federal Judge, Mr. Attorney General, surely you are aware that tampering with or withholding evidence is a very serious offense. I want you to answer my questions. If you don't answer them, I will be forced to conclude that you are obstructing justice on behalf of the man who appointed you Attorney General, the same one who twice said he saw on a TV monitor the first jet hit on the north tower WTC 1, the hit that took the world by surprise. Let the international community be my witness!

Dear Mr. Attorney General, "Shock & Awe" did not begin in Baghdad on 19 March 2003; rather, it began on 9/11 and continues with British bombers dressed as Arabs, two of whom were caught in the act by the Iraqi police in Basra on 19 September 2005. So how did this "Shock & Awe" tactic originate? How does it continue to promote the "Grand Chessboard" strategy (otherwise known as the Zionist Neoconservative ideology of world domination) with invasions of the Middle East?

In January of 2004 former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill revealed President Bush's intention of putting American muscle on Mesopotamian patrol, which he expressed at his very first high level meeting in February, 2001, more than six full months before 9/11. President Bush's thoroughly illegal intention to initiate aggressive war in the Middle East had been totally disguised during his 2000 presidential campaign. Inasmuch as 9/11 presented Bush with an opportunity to go ahead with his plan, would it not be logical to examine the President's Foreign Affairs adviser during that presidential campaign? Has the Department of Justice ever interrogated that man, Dov Zakheim?

Exactly one year before 9/11, Zakheim signed a document published by the Project for the New American Century which suggested that "a new Pearl Harbor" would help speed the implementation of its stated goal of global military dominance. Is this not evidence enough that Zakheim and his Zionist Neoconservative peers were prompting Bush toward invasion and occupation in the Middle East? Is it not apparent that their plan required secrecy at least until Bush occupied the Oval Office? Don't O'Neill's revelations suggest the possibility that the "new Pearl Harbor" of 9/11 might have been staged as a false flag intelligence operation to create a pretext for war? And when you consider that at least two of the aerial vehicles involved in the attacks exhibited trajectories more in keeping with guided missiles than flight students on their maiden voyages, wouldn't Zakheim's background in remote control and missile technologies be deserving of close scrutiny? Answer!

So let me recapitulate already, Mr. Attorney General. George W. Bush took on Dov Zakheim as foreign affairs advisor in his 2000 presidential campaign and in September of that year the Dovster endorsed "a new Pearl Harbor" as a catalyst to achieve desired transformations conducive to the Zionist Neoconservative ideology of world domination. A year later President Bush saw on TV in real time the first jet plow into the north tower WTC 1, which began the "new Pearl Harbor" of 9/11! Richard Siegel's film captures sounds of explosives that correlate perfectly with off the chart spikes on the seismic record. Cell phone calls from the hijacked planes are technically not possible and impersonation by real time digital voice morphing offers the only plausible explanation. A DoJ trial exhibit indicates Barbara Olsen's airphone call did not connect, and that her husband Ted's rendition of his conversation with her is sheer fabrication from the Solicitor General. And the flights hitting the Pentagon and the south tower, WTC 2, had high speed, arcing and descending trajectories more in keeping with remote controlled missiles than flight students on their maiden voyages.

The last item causes me to wonder about Zakheim's background in remote control missile technology from his years spent with System Planning Corporation. Did the FBI identify all known human beings on this planet Earth with expertise in the area of remote control of aerial vehicles? If so, what criteria did the FBI use to narrow the range of suspects? May I review the findings?

In addition to his longing for "a new Pearl Harbor" and his membership in the small universe of individuals capable of remote control of aerial vehicles that perform aerial acrobatics such as what was witnessed on 9/11 over New York harbor and Washington, Dov Zakheim was Comptroller of the Pentagon in the weeks and months leading up to 9/11. Dear Mr. Attorney General, Let me fast forward from one Zionist with motive, means and opportunity to pull off a false flag operation like 9/11, Dov Zakheim, to another, Larry Silverstein. Now that we know from Paul O'Neil that President Bush said in so many words "find me a way to go into Iraq" in early February 2001, we only have to follow developments to see what really happened.

Yet another Zionist and high level Republican Party functionary, Lewis Eisenberg, also headed the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, which owns the World Trade Center complex. The Twin Towers were considered to be "White Elephants" because they were beset with many problems, including the very costly legal requirement of asbestos removal. Among those concerned, this general condition was known for years. And as winter turned to spring in 2001, Eisenberg sought to lease the WTC to Silverstein. Lucky Larry promptly took out insurance against terrorist events when the deal was done, and a 49 day countdown started toward fulfillment of President Bush's command to "find me a way to go into Iraq."

During this seven week interval before 9/11, there were reports of powerdowns and evacuations of entire floors as engineers and workmen performed tasks that, in hindsight, appear to have involved the planting of explosive charges to demolish the buildings. Witnesses have come forward and their testimonies are known even though they were assiduously avoided by the 9/11 Commission. Was 9/11 Commission Executive Director Philip Zelikow, yet another Zionist, imposing a wall of silence to protect a Zionist operation according to the Talmudic law of the Moser? Did Zelikow hide Zionist fabrication of a casus belli?

Dear Mr. Attorney General, The World Trade Center was a beacon on the far horizon for travelers coming from as far away as the Tappan Zee and the Garden State Arts Center. If the war on terror were real, the best response would have been to rebuild the Twin Towers the way they were as quickly as WTC 7 was rebuilt.

But the real war is on our civil liberties, and an open wound lingering at ground zero serves the cause in spades, as though to make that dreadful morning of 9/11 last.

Long ago my grandfather would walk each workday across the Williamsburg Bridge in the morning twilight to open Meckel's grocery store on Rivington Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. This is where the FBI, sipping fresh coffee with their Devil Dogs, would stake out the Rosenburgs, our Zionist buddies who passed nuclear weapons plans to the Soviet Union. Then the whole block was raised to make way for public housing. Only a backyard tree remains near the mailbox in the park inside the Samuel Gompers Houses complex.

Richard Siegel's film records controlled demolitions of the Twin Towers and the explosions -- not the collapses of buildings pulverized in mid air -- match off-the-chart seismic readings and observations of numerous witnesses;

Dear Mr. Attorney General, as I pointed out in my previous letter, in addition to Lucky Larry Silverstein's 49 day countdown to 9/11 after acquiring Ground Zero, there was another countdown to the 9/11 Judicial Conference where my petition/complaint relative to the USS Liberty cover-up could very well have been raised had the meeting continued without interruption. Such a development would have been a great victory for the USS Liberty Veterans Association and a public-relations disaster for Zionists everywhere. Their war crimes would have been uncovered.

This would not have been the first time a big Zionist "event" stole the thunder of the USS Liberty survivors' just cause. The unprovoked "war of choice" against Lebanon in June of 1982 made the headline of the Los Angeles Times, thereby pushing to a lower corner of the front page a report on the very first reunion of the USS Liberty Veterans Association. So from my unique point of view, you must understand, 9/11 spun the USS Liberty story as much as it spun the nation's mood to fight for the Zionists and their psychopathic Neoconservative "Grand Chessboard" ideology of world domination. With no USS Liberty lessons learned, Americans have difficulty grasping all of 9/11.

Once you accept the logic of 9/11 as a false flag intelligence operation to manufacture cause and consent for war, you will see a similarity in the USS Liberty story. First, a huge explosion had to be set off in Zionist occupied Al Arish in order to place a suspicious and threatening aura on the unarmed ship, which then became the occasion for an unlikely series of errors leading to the attack. Everything hinged on that explosion, both the deliberate attack to conceal the true nature of the Golan operation, and all the contrived explanations that followed. And, of course, our foreign policy for the past seven years has hinged on the events of 9/11, especially the explosions resulting in off-the-chart spikes on the seismic record, the kind of explosions which required inside access to the targets. In this regard I am happy to report that a group of concerned citizens has organized an initiative to place a referendum on New York City's November ballot which calls for the establishment of a new and improved Commission to conduct a proper investigation of the events of 9/11.

If you saw Oliver Stone's movie JFK, Mr. Attorney General, you might remember actor Ed Asner's portrayal of Guy Bannister, former head of the Chicago office of the FBI and then head of the CIA's clandestine operations directed against Castro's Cuba in the early 1960s.

New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison later discovered that pro-Castro literature being handed out by Lee Harvey Oswald on the streets of New Orleans in the summer of 1963 had been printed inside Bannister's Camp Street headquarters. Oswald was being set up to appear to the world as a pro-Castro agitator months before the JFK assassination.

The anti-Castro personnel with whom Oswald worked were preparing the public persona of a patsy. As I point out in my 2005 letter to Chief Justice Rehnquist, George H. W. Did a similar kind of "sheep dipping" operation take place in the years and months leading up to 9/11? This question came to mind when I read an excerpt from Mark H. Gaffney's forthcoming book The 9/11 Mystery Plane & the Vanishing of America, particularly in the passage describing the intelligence operation known as Able Danger.

Gaffney points out the direction an honest and effective investigation of 9/11 will take, and affirms the likelihood of foreknowledge of 9/11 within elements of the US military and intelligence community. This is essential reading for anyone interested in dealing with a colossal miscarriage of justice and total lack of credible airport security video evidence of passengers or hijackers. Mr. Attorney General,

Yesterday's release of the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) report on the mysterious collapse of World Trade Center 7 is a classic example of what the founding fathers of the USA sought to prevent happening in our republic when they included two prohibitions against ex post facto laws in Article I, sections 9 and 10 of our Constitution.

This lame NIST report rests on the false assumption that there was no existing agency authorized to investigate Ground Zero in the long interval between the 9/11 attacks and the 1 October 2002 passage of the National Construction Safety Team Act.

Our Congress acted in combination with other officials to countenance the removal of evidence from a crime scene and thereby thwarted a proper criminal investigation.

Such corruption supported the goals of the war mongers.

A scientific report teetering on such shaky legal foundation naturally has as much to hide as it reveals, and I list the notable lies, omissions and unsupported assertions.

Contrary to what the report says, there were indeed eyewitness accounts of explosions heard and shock waves seen right before WTC 7 went down at 5:21 PM on 11 September 2001.

Not mentioned were numerous testimonies indicating foreknowledge of the impending implosion, including Larry Silverstein's famous admission that a decision was made to "pull it"; i.e., bring down WTC 7 by controlled demolition. How the BBC managed to report the collapse as a fait accompli twenty minutes before it actually happened remains an unexplained mystery.

Pools of molten steel in the sub-basements of WTC 1, 2 & 7 remained for seven full weeks, a thermal effect studiously ignored by the NIST nincompoops.

Why did Mayor Sir Rudolf Giuliani prefer 75 Barclay Street to his expensive, state of the art emergency command post on the 23rd floor of WTC 7 before any damage was inflicted on the building?

What is the seismic record of the WTC 7 event, and why are these matters beyond the scope of the report?

What combustable contents or source of energy can induce the temperature of 900 C that NIST reports?

History shows that severe fires deform but do not collapse steel structures. How can NIST conceivably make the leap to fire-induced mechanical collapse at free fall speed?
