Citizen St. John recalls how Gerald Ford and Senator Arlen Specter fabricated medical evidence to lend plausibility to the "magic bullet" theory so as to hide evidence of a conspiracy to assassinate JFK, and how FBI agent James Sibert brought this treasonous crime to the attention of investigators, but to no avail. Citizen St. John emphasizes JFK's opposition to the Zionist regime's nuclear weapons program, and Ben Gurion's ability to circumvent this policy through the kind offices of Meyer Lansky, James Jesus Angleton, Jack Ruby and George H. W. Bush, and points out that had JFK's wise policy been dutifully carried out, there would not have been an arms race for countervailing weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East. THE IRAQ STUDY GROUP REPORT: A CRITICAL FAILURE

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and, according to his prediction, points to the critical failure of the Iraq Study Group (ISG) to take into account either the true number of private contractors and other mercenary groups operating in Iraq or the full spectrum of their activities there. Citizen St. John notes the ISG's wildly erroneous figure of 5,000 civilian contractors in Iraq (page 12); whereas the Central Command's recent preliminary census of the civilian contractors in Iraq gives a much, much higher count of 100,000, which will very likely exceed the current number of regular coalition forces (157,500) after subcontractors are also counted. Citizen St. John concludes that the ISG's failure to discuss civilian contractors anywhere in its report (other than to give such a grossly inaccurate estimate of how many there are, and to dedicate the report to the military and civilian men and women who have served in Iraq (page 4) and to thank them for the jobs they are doing there), indicates either a remarkable lack of due diligence on the part of the members of the ISG, or a deliberate deception glossed over by their truly impressive biographies at the end of their report.

Citizen St. John commends the ISG for its candid admissions that "events in Iraq have been set in motion by American decisions and actions" (page 9), and that "our government still does not understand very well either the insurgency in Iraq or the role of the militias" (page 61); however, the ISG's Recommendation 77, which calls for the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Defense to "devote significantly greater analytic resources to the task of understanding threats and sources of violence in Iraq" (page 62) will go nowhere if private contractors and other mercenary groups are automatically excluded from the range of possible sources of violence just as they are excluded in the ISG report.

In this regard Citizen St. John calls to mind the 19 September 2005 incident in Basra where two operatives under British control were apprehended dressed as Sunni Arabs driving an automobile rigged with explosives on a Shi'ite religious holiday (See http://www.brusselstribunal.org/BritishBombers.htm#britishbombs) and asks, how many times have these men, whose photographs appear in the Brussels tribunal web site courtesy of the Iraqi police, whom the ISG deems incompetent (page 13), carried out such missions without being caught in the act? How many are involved in such "false flag" missions? Why hasn't this incident, and its implications, been reported in the mainstream news media? Were the members of the ISG aware of this incident? If so, why didn't they pursue this incident as a lead in their investigation and report on it? If not aware of the incident, who held this information from them?

In consideration of the foregoing, Citizen St. John recommends modification of the ISG's statement that "sectarian conflict is the principal challenge to stability" (page 6) so that "false flag" black operations to stoke sectarian violence be taken into account. Citizen St. John contends that this brand of synthetic state-sponsored terrorism is the coalition's sponsors' best friend, providing a pretext to "stay the course"

Citizen St. John also notes that the phenomenon of death squads in Iraq is reminiscent of the death squads in El Salvador in the 1980s when John Negroponte was ambassador to neighboring Honduras and that these death squads in Iraq emerged around the time Negroponte was ambassador to Iraq, which circumstance suggests that Negroponte, now the Director of National Intelligence, is perhaps the least qualified to carry out in earnest the task the ISG would give him under Recommendation 77 "to devote significantly greater analytic resources to the task of understanding threats and sources of violence in Iraq." Citizen St. John adds that Rich's article is not the first instance of a Zionist's egging on a goy to resort to violence, but Rich surpasses all known levels of chutzpah in that Bush has indeed already accomplished the Zionist mission to create chaos in Iraq by means of an unjustified, immoral and illegal invasion, for which the New York Times was first and foremost as cheerleader. Two more notable examples of Zionist egging on of others to commit acts of violence include Thomas Friedman's call for someone to shoot Saddam Hussein in the head ("Head Shot" 6 November 1997) five full years before all the lies about WMDs in Iraq were finally put to rest and Jewish Press columnist Paul Eidelberg's incitement for the violent overthrow of the Rabin government in a 3 November 1995 article that was on newsstands in New York and Tel Aviv the very day Rabin was killed. JFK ASSASSINATION & THE PROBLEM OF WMDs IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Kennedy, recalls that JFK very actively opposed the Zionist regime's nuclear weapons capability because he believed that such a program would only start a regional arms race for countervailing WMD's. This wise policy died with JFK on 22 November 1963.

Elected in 1960, by 1961 JFK was locked in a bitter behind-the-scenes struggle with Prime Minister David Ben Gurion to end the Zionist regime's nuclear weapons program that had been started at Dimona in the Negev in 1956. These aforementioned facts were brought to light more than three decades later, in 1991, with the publication of Seymour Hersh's The Samson Option (Random House, New York) in Chapter 8, "A Presidential Struggle."

Through the connivance of the CIA's James Jesus Angleton, whom Princess Diana in 1997 called the alter ego of the Anglo-American poet Thomas Stearns Eliot, a fictitious person whose identity Angleton would assume by elaborate disguise and subterfuge, the Zionist regime obtained nuclear weapons as an emergency fail-safe fallback option against the day of its planned seizure of the Egyptian Gaza and Sinai, the Jordanian West Bank including East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan Heights, which was accomplished in six days in June of 1967, just as Mossad predicted the previous week inside the Pentagon.

Princess Diana's revelation that T. S. Eliot and James Jesus Angleton were actually one and the same person but with two professional personas is particularly intriguing in light of former head of the CIA Richard Helms's statement in his posthumously published memoir A Look over My Shoulder (Random House, New York 2003) that Angleton had a "not entirely coincidental resemblance to T. Senior CIA officer Robert Morrow has apprised us of the "white glove/black glove" collaboration between the CIA and the Mafia in the JFK assassination as well as other regime changes -- mostly by bribes but sometimes by blood -- from Central and South America to the Levant. Edgar Hoover (29 November 1963) reveal the then future president of the USA George Herbert Walker Bush in Dallas on the day of the JFK assassination and helping Zionist mobster Jack Ruby to promote the misleading Pro-Castro profile of the falsely accused Lee Harvey Oswald so that the Warren Commission would feel compelled to lie to the world in the belief that it was preventing World War III with Castro's sponsor, the former Soviet Union. TWA FLIGHT 800 TEN YEARS ON

Take a ruler and a map and see for yourself: a line drawn southwesterly from the US Navy submarine base in Groton, Connecticut and intersecting East Quogue on Long Island (where a woman, by sheer happenstance, snapped a photo of what looks like a missile on a southwesterly course in the evening twilight of 17 July) will lead to the very location off Moriches Inlet where TWA Flight 800 exploded in a ball of fire. The US Navy, an indispensable if not disinterested principle in the investigation, may indeed have been the cause of the explosion.

Anyone concerned about the destruction of TWA Flight 800 can learn a practical lesson from recent history. The survivors of Israel's attack on a US Navy electromagnetic surveillance "spy ship," USS Liberty, on 8 June 1967, while on a National Security Agency mission in the Eastern Mediterranean, and just hours before the "miracle" taking of the Golan Heights at the close of the Six Day War, will renew their petition for a full and impartial investigation by Congress at their next reunion, which will take place in Washington on the 30th anniversary of the attack. They allege outright lies and coverup by both the Israeli and US governments.

Any thorough investigation of the USS liberty incident would have to take up the issue of a US Navy submarine in the vicinity of the Liberty during the attack. Congressman Gary Ackerman's written statement about submarine photography of the Liberty while it was under attack has led to the conclusion, which has been confirmed by a reliable source in the Central Intelligence Agency, that some submarines are not officially registered with the US Navy so that their "national security" operations can be denied by the US Navy and the US Government with a high degree of plausibility; hence, the Liberty survivors' 30-year wait for justice. 30 years, that is, and still counting.

Typically, a newly built submarine goes on "shakedown cruises," sometimes for years, before finally being accepted into the fleet. During such cruises a sub could from time to time engage in covert, "black" operations; whatever the mission, for better or for worse, it calls for utmost secrecy and lacks the normal requirements of accountability imposed on a fully commissioned sub. So when the head of the Navy operation involved in the TWA Flight 800 investigation, Admiral Edward Christiansen, says that the US Navy has accounted for all missiles on all ships operating within range of the ill-fated Boeing 747 on the evening of 17 July 1996, his statement must be taken with a grain of salt.

Former Secretary of State Dean Rusk, former White House Counsel Clark Clifford and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Thomas Moorer, who have all issued statements in their retirement years in support of the USS Liberty survivors' quest for justice, would certainly not want to jeopardize former Admiral Rufus Taylor's covert submarine operations during the Six-Day War. Nearly 30 years ago, however, when they bore their Cold War responsibilities, President Lyndon Johnson and Defense Secretary Robert McNamara could very well have seen the wisdom of backing down in the face of espionage and blackmail; indeed, one of Israel's official versions of the "accidental" attack on the USS Liberty, known as the Yerushalmi "preliminary report," which was presented to the White House by Ambassador Evron, carried in its opening paragraphs a broad hint that any rigorous investigation of the USS Liberty incident would necessarily entail collateral confirmation of illegal submarine activity in the vicinity of the Liberty.

Department of State legal adviser, Carl F. Salans, found the Yerushalmi report grossly inadequate – indeed, Evron himself asked that it not be released to the public – and both Dean Rusk and Clark Clifford expressed their belief that the Israelis were not telling the truth. But in the case of the USS Liberty, an ally's threatened exposure of supposedly covert submarine activity would reveal the USA as a party to the dispute, which, according to article 27.3 of the Charter of the United Nations, disqualifies the USA from voting in the Security Council on any matter pertaining to the Arab-Israeli conflict; here, the Israelis knew exactly how far they could safely go. The USA, taking the long view of "land for peace" and intent on giving Israel Arab lands as "bargaining chips" for leverage in negotiations, did not pursue the matter. But these violations of international law and the Constitution of the United States, which makes our UN treaty obligations the law of the land, are telling precursors of our selective enforcement of UN Security Council resolutions as they apply in the near East.

As to the question of why Israel would attack such an important ally, it must be understood that the US military aid was underhanded and, to this day, top secret. But the sudden and unexpected presence of the USS Liberty within listening range on the fourth day of the war, when the only remaining objective point was the Golan Heights, represented an unacceptable security risk to the entire Golan operation, which retired Israeli Major General Mattiyahu Peled has since called "the private venture of Moshe Dyan and a few generals who were also interested in this adventure."

Behind the USS Liberty story lurks the explanation as to how the Israel Defense force, led by a faction operating outside the counsels of the Israeli government, captured the very well fortified high ground in less than 24 hours; Jimmy Carter's remark about the "peculiar confluence of Israeli and Syrian interests" becomes clearer, as does Henry Kissinger's advice on the Golan that there's no need to find a solution when one doesn't exist.

On the other hand, in the case of TWA flight 800, the stakes are not nearly so high. Admitting the truth will not impose any strategic or tactical disadvantage, real or imagined. Refusal to admit what is so obviously a missile coming from Long Island sound from the general direction of the submarine base in Groton and the nearby General Dynamics "Electric Boatyard" (where submarines are made) to the fatal point of impact off Long Island's south shore only widens the credibility gap between the government and the public. Despite overwhelming evidence from numerous and reliable eyewitness testimonies of a rocket like object in the area or of the missile suddenly rising to intercept TWA Flight 800 just before the explosions, most criminal and air safety investigators stubbornly cling to the onboard bomb theory or the mechanical failure theory as the most likely explanation for the crash; certain predatory lawyers concur, if only because they see these explanations as the most lucrative.

As with the USS Liberty, Near East politics figures in the decision-making. The head of the New York City office of the FBI, James K. Kallstrom, invoked memories of the 1983 suicide bombing of the Marines barracks in Beirut within days of the TWA tragedy. And, weeks later, as the local New York tabloids flashed pictures of the smiling Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu and his wife aboard a US Navy aircraft carrier off the coast of Lebanon (where the 1982 Israeli invasion, condemned yet paid for by the USA, is not forgotten), one of Kallstrom's men was dismissing Hard Copy's 1.5 second TV broadcast of the controversial photo that had been taken at a gathering in East Quogue by Linda Kabot only moments before the TWA flight 800 explosions; the cylindrical object glowering at one end and seeming to be on a southwesterly course, he said, "could be anything". The photo, finally made available for close inspection in the 9 November 1996 issue of Paris Match (Bravo, Etat Quatrieme!) certainly deserves a better explanation than that!

Maybe Kallstrom and his men have seen Chuck Norris and Sylvester Stallone kill one too many an Arab on the big screen, and this is why they are so attached to their theories. Maybe they place too much reliance on the smoking science of smithereens. Whatever the case, it is time for them to get real and go with the best evidence, which indicates a missile launch from one of our own ships, most likely to the north and east of the crash site, where there are major installations for submarines. Such a missile launch best explains the white flash of a powerful explosion that instantly decapitated the Boeing 747 and in a moment was followed by the fuel-fed ball of fire.

But only the very highest level powers of the President of the USA can effectively sort out exactly whose submarine may have been at fault: a US Navy sub or one of the unofficial class of newly built "black subs" that are sometimes used for clandestine operations, of which the FBI and even most Navy brass have not even the foggiest idea, but which, as the USS Liberty survivors know from old experience, can spell of the law's delay and sink justice a full fathom five.

And "Flight 93" confuses standard NORAD intercept procedures with excruciating decision-making for a shoot down "to explain to the simple-minded masses" the apparent NORAD stand-down on 9/11.

"Flight 93" depicts a nosedive crash thereby ignoring copious and credible reports indicating an 8 mile wide debris field extending from New Baltimore to Shanksville, the obvious result of a shootdown.

Furthermore, Citizen St. John notes the conflict of 9/11 interests of two, possibly three, other Quinn Gillespie clients; namely the Silverstein Group, Zurich Financial Services Corporation and a "confidential" Fortune 100 financial services corporation.

Silverstein recently sued Zurich, among others, for payout from insurance coverage of the World Trade Center on policies taken out just weeks before 9/11 when Silverstein mysteriously became the 99 year leaseholder of the World Trade Center.

Zurich and the other insurance companies thus far have failed to protect their own interests with scientific evidence of pre-planned controlled demolition as the cause of the collapses of WTC 1, 2, 6 and 7, a feat that could not possibly have been pulled off by a man in a cave or tent in Afghanistan.

The north and south towers each fell in about the same time it would take a baseball dropped from the roof to reach the ground.

WTC 7, which was not hit by a jet or missile or debris from WTC 1 and 2, actually fell faster than a rock dropped from its roof would take to reach the ground.

Also, WTC 1, 2 and 7 had pools of molten steel lingering in sub-basement levels seven full weeks after 9/11, which could not possibly be the result of burning jet fuel.

Perhaps most telling of all, seismic readings from Columbia University's Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory remain deep, deep underground in more ways than one.

2. Immediate release of 6,899 photographs and 6,977 segments of video footage held by NIST, largely from private photographers, regarding the collapses of WTC buildings on 9/11/2001 (NIST, 2005, p. 81). In particular, all footage relating to the collapse of WTC 7 (including shots before, during and after the collapse) must be released immediately, without waiting for the NIST report on WTC 7, which is long overdue and may be prolonged indefinitely.

3. An explanation from Vice President Richard Cheney regarding the "orders" described by Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta in his testimony before The 9/11 Commission. Secretary Mineta stated that while in an underground bunker at the White House, he watched Vice President Cheney castigate a young officer for asking, as a plane drew closer and closer to the Pentagon, "Do the orders still stand?" The officer should be identified and allowed to testify at a deposition under oath.

4. The documents generated by Vice President Cheney's energy task force have been kept from the public. A court case brought forth a few maps that display oil fields in the Middle East. We hereby put Congress on notice that there is probable cause with regard to criminal activities by the Cheney Energy Task Force involving a criminal conspiracy to launch illegal wars and/or terrorist activities. 5. Audio tapes of interviews with air traffic controllers on-duty on 9/11 were intentionally destroyed by crushing the cassette by hand, cutting the tape into little pieces, and then dropping the pieces in different trash cans around the building. We demand an explanation for this destruction of evidence and ask that the possible existence of other copies of such tapes or perhaps of written transcripts of the interviews be pursued. All air traffic controllers on-duty on 9/11 should be allowed to testify during a public forum under oath.

6. The Secret Service, which is highly trained to protect the President from danger and to move him to a secure location in the event of a threat, breached its own standard procedures by allowing President Bush to remain at a public location for 25 minutes after it was known that the nation was under attack. All Secret Service personnel who were at Booker Elementary School with President Bush on 9/11 should be required to testify in public and under oath about these events.

7. On the morning of 9/11, some five "war games" or "terror drills" were being conducted by U.S. defense agencies, including one "live fly" exercise employing aircraft. These drills reportedly included the injection of false radar blips onto the screens of air traffic controllers. In addition, the government was running a simulation of a plane crashing into a building the morning of 9/11. Who was in charge of coordinating these war games and terror drills? Who had the ability to issues orders in relation to their conduct? On which screens were "false radar blips" inserted? When did such false injects commence? When were they purged from the controllers' screens? What was the effect of these activities on standard procedures for interdicting hijacked aircraft?

8. It has been reported that the FBI long ago found three of four "black boxes" from the two airplanes which hit the Twin Towers, yet has consistently denied that they were ever found. Their data would be of the greatest importance to understanding the events of 9/11. This matter must be investigated and the data they provide released to the public.

For each of the four sites under investigation, the 9/11 Commission reported that two Boeing 757s, and two Boeing 767s (FAA, Part 121, airliners) owned by United Airlines and American Airlines were hijacked by novice pilots and were subsequently crashed, resulting in an unimaginable loss of life. Approximately 3,000 people died the morning of 9/11 as the direct result of these officially reported hijackings and subsequent crashes.
These four scheduled airliners were reported to have carried a total of 266 passengers and crew members, which, under FAA and NTSB regulations, demands a comprehensive investigation of the primary and contributing causes of each. In the case of suspected criminal foul play, the NTSB would normally assign the lead investigative role to the FBI, with assistance of investigators from the NTSB and FAA. A comprehensive investigation of each aircraft crash is not a regulatory option: they would have been mandatory. Therefore, we demand public release of each comprehensive crash investigation report, including access to all physical evidence that was required to have been collected and secured at a suitable facility. Such evidence should have included a large assortment of indestructible parts, including landing gears, surface actuators, engines, black boxes, and so on. The serialized parts would be invaluable in identifying each aircraft and, contrary to some reports, could not have "vaporized" upon impact.
Considering the enormous loss of life and financial collateral damage, if no crash investigations were conducted, who made the decision to disregard the FAA, Part 121, regulatory requirement? In the absence of the Part 121 investigation reports, the identity of the responsible authorities who made the decision not to investigate must be released, and they should be made immediately available for deposition under oath.

9. In the weeks before 9/11, the US Stock market showed rather high levels of activity on companies that would subsequently be affected by the attacks. The afternoon before the attack, alarm bells were sounding over trading patterns in stock options. A jump in United Air Lines some 90 times (not 90 percent) above normal between September 6 and September 10, for example, and 285 times higher than average the Thursday before the attack, have been reported. A jump in American Airlines put options 60 times (not 60 percent) above normal the day before the attacks has also been reported. No similar trading occurred on any other airlines appear to have occurred.
Between September 6-10, 2001, the Chicago Board Options Exchange saw suspicious trading on Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, two of the largest WTC tenants. An average of 3,053 put options in Merrill Lynch were bought between Sept. 6-10, compared to an average of 252 in the previous week. Morgan Stanley, another WTC tenant, saw 12,215 put options bought between Sept. 7-10, whereas the previous days had seen averages of 212 contracts a day. According to Dylan Ratigan of Bloomberg News: "This would be the most extraordinary coincidence in the history of mankind, if it was a coincidence. This could very well be insider trading at the worst, most horrific, most evil use you've ever seen in your entire life. It's absolutely unprecedented."
On September 18, 2001, the BBC reported: "American authorities are investigating unusually large numbers of shares in airlines, insurance companies and arms manufacturers that were sold off in the days and weeks before the attacks. They believe that the sales were by people who knew about the impending disaster". According to the London Independent, October 10, 2001: "To the embarrassment of investigators, it has also emerged that the firm used to buy many of the 'put' options—where a trader, in effect, bets on a share price fall—on United Airlines stock was headed until 1998 by 'Buzzy' Krongard, now executive director of the CIA."

Who, if not al-Qaeda, performed the incriminating trades? This information exists, it can be easily obtained, and it needs to be made public. Moreover, illegal money transfers may have been processed through computers housed at the World Trade Center shortly before planes crashed into the Twin Towers on 9/11. 10. Eyewitness testimony and a substantiating photographic record suggest that a large sample of slag from the World Trade Center is being held at Hangar 17 of the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City. Access to the slag sample should be made available to appropriate physicists in order to conduct non-destructive X-ray Fluorescence tests and other forms of examination, which should reveal evidence of the cause of the collapse of the Twin Towers. Based on these tests, we further demand two small samples (about the size of a fist) be extracted from this large piece for further scientific analysis.

11. Release of a complete inventory of the plane wreckage and debris from flights 11, 77, 93 or 175 or any other aircraft that crashed or was destroyed on September 11, 2001, including, but not limited to:
(a) the location (whether warehouses or otherwise) of all such items;
(b) a catalog of photographs and videotapes taken of any and all such items; and
(c) a list of all tests and examinations concerning any and all such items, including reports of such tests or examinations.

12. Release of a complete inventory of any steel, other metal or other material from the World Trade Centers, including, but not limited to:
(a) the location (whether warehouses or otherwise) of all such items;
(b) a catalog of photographs and videotapes taken of any and all such items; and
